Father Harris is a character in the Scary Movie franchise; he was played by comedian Andy Richter

Father Harris (first name unknown, possibly Andy or Andrew) is a Catholic priest seen attending the party of Mrs. Voorhees at Hell House. Playing songs from public demand, he changes the theme of the party by playing rap music as the partygoers sing along with him. However, the party ends abruptly when Megan Voorhees urinates profusely on the floor. Believing she is possessed, Harris calls upon Father McFeely for help in performing an exorcism. However, the exorcism doesn't go as planned doe to the paranormal activity. Harris's lips get briefly stuck to his crucifix due to the cold temperature of the room, a vomiting chain starts with McFeely, who attempts to molest Megan and the presence in Megan seemingly conjures Harris's mother. McFeely eventually ends the exorcism by shooting Megan in the head after she insults his mother.
